Introduction: My name is Marta Costa and I've recently joined the ranks of  those receiving formal training for Internet Marketing Assistant services.  After years of working for others, I've decided to take all of the skills, knowledge and experience I've amassed and work for myself.  The neat thing is that the business I've chosen still allows me the flexibility and variety I need.  I'm able to partner with other businesses and continue to learn new things every day.  My company is Va-4-Hire.

I'm a Virtual Assistant and I offer Virtual Administrative Assistant Services as well as Virtual Bookkeeping and Internet Marketing Assistant services.  I get to help busy professionals and business owners run the administration of their business so that they can focus on their core skills to grow their businesses. 

It's a win-win, my skills are very translatable to just about any business.  I get the flexibility and variety I need by partnering with people in different industries and walks of life, and they get the benefits of my administrative, bookkeeping and internet marketing skills without a lot of the 'down' sides of traditional employment.

I supply my own computer, office, supplies, software, etc, so they don't incur any overhead on my account.  They also don't have to worry about benefits or payroll taxes, sick/vacation/overtime.  They get my specialized services when they need them and pay me for the time on task, whether it's a onetime project or an ongoing contract.  It works out great.
